How long does shipping take?

- Standard shipping can take 3 - 9 working days to be delivered and Express shipping 1 - 3 working days (based in Sydney)

 

Can i pick up my order?

- Sorry we dont offer orders to be picked up

 

Can i get a discount if i buy more than 1 hotplate?

- Only orders 6 or more will receive a discount anytime (but be sure to keep a look out on out socials for sales and discount codes)

 

Why isnt my powerbank heating my hotplate?

-USB Power charging docks or Powerbanks 10,000 mAH or more must be used to heat hotplate. (we offer powerbanks for sale that work perfectly)
